n’ema Unlocking Market Access for Food Innovators and SMEs

Green Eco Technologies was honoured to be part of ne’ma’s workshop on Unlocking Market Access for UAE food innovators and SMEs. Attended by our GCC Sales and Operations Director Iris Medalle, the event was an incredible opportunity for our team to meet passionate innovators, and the workshop opened up engaging discussions as we explored how to enable growth through policy and governance, improve market access and opportunities, unlock financing and investment mechanisms, and strengthen capacity building and non-financial enablers, which are all critical to scaling sustainable solutions.

This initiative, organized by ne'ma, the National Food Loss and Waste Initiative, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy & Tourism and the Ministry of Climate Change & Environment, brought together key stakeholders at Emirates Bio Farm, the UAE’s first and largest organic farm, to advance sustainable food innovation and enhance market accessibility across the nation.

A big thank you to ne’ma for organizing this impactful event and to Emirates Bio Farm for the serene, nature-filled setting, the generous farm-fresh produce, and a hearty plant-based lunch that truly embodied sustainability, plus the wonderful fresh farm goodies taken home.

Thank you for allowing Green Eco Technologies to be part of these important conversations as we work together toward a common goal a UAE - where no food is wasted.
