FAQs

What happens to the remaining
residue?

As part of your managed service, either Green Eco Technologies or one of our partners will manage the collection and reuse of the residual material.

What do I do about maintaining the WasteMaster?

The WasteMaster system is monitored remotely to ensure trouble-free operation. In the event of an unplanned interruption to normal operation, or for necessary servicing, one of our service engineers will travel to site to manage maintenance requirements consistent with the particular maintenance plan agreed for your business.

What is left after the processing cycle is complete?

At the end of the recycling cycle, the WasteMaster is programmed to offload the remaining much smaller quantity of high calorific value residual material. This residue can be used to create power through anaerobic digestion and for other purposes depending on the feed stock.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING…

“Our staff immediately took to the system. Being able to see that food waste was being turned into something useful has really motivated them. It has been an immediate success, preventing the stress of the drains not working and, as an added bonus, seeing something good come out at the other end. In the three months that the system has been operational, our hospital has seen a continuous reduction in the weight of its food waste.”

Sue Landon, Head of Facilities, Kettering General Hospital, UK

“I’m proud of the initiative of installing WasteMaster at Peninsula Palms where the results and benefits have been amazing. It’s simple to operate, reduces truck movements to our site, diverts food waste from landfill, has encouraged my staff to take ownership of reducing our environmental footprint and creates a byproduct that is being repurposed into compost.”

Michael Burke, Head Chef at Peninsula Palms, Australia
