Green Eco Technologies nominated at NSW Sustainability Awards for Climate Technology Impact

Green Eco Technologies is honoured to have received a nomination for the Climate Technology Impact Award following the announcement of finalists for the 2023 NSW Sustainability Awards by The Banksia Foundation.

Green Eco Technologies develops, supplies, and manages the innovative and environmentally beneficial food waste on-site solution WasteMaster, preventing harmful emissions generated at landfill by recycling and repurposing organic waste into reusable resources. This year’s introduction of the Climate Technology Impact Award for which we have been nominated has drawn much attention.

"It is exciting to see so many innovative businesses developing technologies that have the potential to address climate change” says Graz van Egmond, CEO, Banksia Foundation.

“The NSW Government is sponsoring the awards to support those taking effective action on climate change and recognise finalists for their innovation and commitment as an investment in the future.”

The NSW Sustainability Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the individuals, organisations and projects. The winners are set to be announced during an awards ceremony on Thursday, December 7th 2023 at the Australian Maritime Museum in Sydney, with special guest The Hon. Penny Sharpe, MLC.

The Green Eco Technologies team wishes to thank the Banksia Foundation for this recognition and we send our congratulations to all the finalists. A full list of the categories and nominees is now available at the NSW Sustainability Awards website here with our category featured below.
